At Lumir, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and structured return policy outlined below.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this return policy.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered
  • All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached
  • Trying on items is allowed, but items must not show any signs of wear
  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@lumirclothing.com
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our international fulfillment partner
  3. Return the item at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments if no tracking proof is provided
  • If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, the return is considered received
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order

Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful delivery, which is the responsibility of the customer.


5. Important Notes

As we operate with international suppliers, return shipments may be sent to a location outside your country. This ensures we can keep our prices competitive and offer a wide range of products.
